Echo Team Q1 2025: A Season of Impact and Growth
As we enter 2025, Echo Team is witnessing incredible movements of God's hand. This year began with a series of impactful missions, events, and moments of connection, all made possible by your support. Here’s a glimpse into what we’ve been up to in the first quarter of 2025:
- Mexico Missions (January 3rd–15th)
We started the year strong with a trip to the rugged mountains of Mexico, providing medical and dental care to over 700 Tarahumara people. Many in these remote villages lack access to medical care, making our visit invaluable. Beyond physical healing, we shared the Gospel with over 1,000 individuals, leaving a lasting spiritual impact.

- Soccer Tournament for Unaccompanied Minors (January 21st, Houston)
On January 21st, we hosted a soccer tournament for 50 unaccompanied minors in Houston. This event offered a day of fun, community, and hope for teens who have faced significant challenges. Many found faith and felt valued through the power of sports and genuine connection.
- Shelter Valentine’s Lunch (February 15th)
February 15th brought together 60 teens for a special Valentine’s lunch at the shelter. This event went beyond providing a meal—it created a space for hope, healing, and encouragement. The conversations and connections made that day were powerful reminders of community’s ability to bring about change.
- Central America Missions (February 20th–25th)
In El Salvador, we hosted impactful youth conferences that left a deep impression on attendees, including one pastor who tearfully expressed gratitude for the impact on his youth group. The event featured powerful worship, teaching, and breakout sessions to equip the next generation of leaders.
- Youth Conference in Querétaro, Mexico (March 13th–19th)
March took us to Querétaro, Mexico, where over 500 youth gathered for a dynamic conference filled with worship, teaching, and leadership development. The event was a testament to God’s work in young hearts, supported by guest speakers from Eden Church Houston.
- 4,000+ Gifts Wrapped for Foster Kids (March 22nd)
We partnered with local organizations to wrap 4,000 gifts for foster children in March. This initiative, part of our “Never Miss A Birthday” project, aimed to bring joy and support to kids in need, ensuring they feel seen and valued.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on the first quarter, we are grateful for the doors God has opened and lives impacted. Looking forward to 2025, our plans include returning to the Amazon Jungle next month, alongside more missions, community outreach, and opportunities to serve in Jesus’ name.
